About Suzette
Suzette Shahmoon is a cognitive hypnotherapist, UCL neuropsychology researcher and corporate wellbeing speaker whose work is united by a single question: what does it really take for people to change?
With a background spanning clinical practice, academic research and public speaking, Suzette brings a rare combination of intellectual rigour and genuine warmth to everything she does.
Her research at UCL Queen Square Institute of Neurology explores hope, resilience, loneliness and self-compassion in people living with chronic neurological conditions. Her therapy practice draws on cognitive hypnotherapy, an integrative, evidence-informed approach that works with the unconscious mind to create lasting change.
“I have always been fascinated by the gap between who we think we are and who we are capable of becoming.”
That curiosity is what drives Suzette's work across therapy, research and speaking.
